Who is responsible for your data
Augurea (“we”) is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. You can reach us at [email protected].
Data we collect
We collect the data you give us when you create an account, place an order, or contact us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and transaction data. We never store card numbers or CVV — payment is processed directly by our payment provider.
What we use it for
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you updates by email.
Who we share it with
We share only the data strictly needed with shipping carriers (for delivery) and our payment provider (to process the charge). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data transfers without your consent
Sharing your order data with the shipping carrier that delivers it and with our payment processor doesn't require your consent: Article 37, Section III of Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties allows these transfers when they're necessary to fulfill the legal relationship you have with us when you place an order. We don't share your data with any other category of third party without your consent.
Your rights
You can request to access, correct, cancel, or object to the use of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes set by law.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw, at any time, any consent you've given us for processing your personal data by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and, depending on the data involved, we may no longer be able to complete an order in progress or provide a given service.
Cookies
We use only the technical cookies the site needs to function: the session cookie and the CSRF security cookie. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
